Year 1
Hello and welcome to Year 1!
The Year 1 teachers are Mrs Cantrill, Miss Duffield and Mrs Jepson. We are also really lucky to have Miss Stone, Miss Cammack, Miss Lee, Miss Williams, Miss Allan, Miss Carrington, Mrs Sall, Miss Lynch and Mrs Kolebuk helping us with our learning too.
Our Year 1 page will inform you of your child's timetable and learning but you can also keep in touch by using our class Dojo page where there are lots of daily updates.
PE is twice a week and should be a white t-shirt and navy blue or black joggers, leggings or shorts, a hoody (black, navy blue or grey) and some pumps or trainers. We will be having an indoor lesson and an outdoor lesson each week. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled as we will be getting changed by ourselves. We also ask that earrings are removed or taped up for the safety of the child.
Look out for Golden book assemblies on a Friday. This is where we celebrate the achievements of our children from the week.
