Visits and visitors

Here at Redwood, we take children on regular visits to a wide variety of venues as well as having visitors in to school to enrich our curriculum. Throughout their time at Redwood, children will experience animal handling activities, historical workshops, visits to London, the seaside, the zoo, the theatre, a sporting event and university, to name but a few! Children delight in these visits and visitors and have been known to say 'I want to be an archaeologist when I grow up' or 'I want to carry on my education at university'. Parents are as equally as enthusiastic and many thank staff for giving their children the opportunity to 'make memories that last a lifetime'. At Redwood, we endeavour to make all trips memories that last and know that they inspire our pupils to SHINE.
