The pupil admission number is 90. Children are admitted to the reception year in the September of the school year in which they will be five. Parents have the right to defer their child’s admission to the term after their fifth birthday, should they so choose. Applications for places in years other than reception should also be addressed to Derby City LA. Once a place is allocated, a child will be admitted as soon as possible.

This is an inclusive school that welcomes all pupils. The buildings are on one level and are suitable for wheelchair access. Disabled toilets are situated in the Main School, Upper School and Annex.

Visits to the school are welcome by appointment.
