Hello everybody!
Welcome to Barn Owls' class page.
On this page, you will find out all the latest information to do with the current school term. We also use Class Dojo to reward children with their achievements linking with our SHINE motto, celebrate work in class and keep you up to date with what is happening around school.
Miss Merriman
P.E. is every Thursday afternoon. Our PE unit until February half term is swimming. Don't forget to bring your swimming kit to school: swimming costume, swimming hat, towel and flip flops/sliders.
Jewellery cannot be worn for swimming.
Homework is handed out on a Friday and is due back the following Wednesday. Homework will be sent out on Class Dojo as their "activities" and can be submitted online.
Reading at home with an adult every day is really important. Don't forget to remind your adult to sign your reading diary so you can collect 'reading loot' at school.
TT Rockstars and The Spelling Shed apps are great ways to learn your timestables and practise your spellings. We shall be having class challenges on these so keep a look out.
