Class Dojo
We have been made aware that there is an issue involving Class Dojo and YouTube. A message was sent by the Class Dojo app to PARENT ACCOUNTS ONLY showing new features of the programme. This contained a link to a YouTube clip which opened in a new window. The user could then access YouTube as normal. This link could not be accessed through children’s accounts.
Please be aware that Class Dojo parent accounts are for adult use only and some messages from the Dojo app may contain links to websites where material deemed to be unsuitable for children of primary school age is allowed. It is important that children are supervised appropriately when using mobile devices which do not have parental controls enabled to avoid them having full access to websites such as YouTube.
